PNTSDF 1998

The Rules changed somewhat in 1998. The primary change was that all preferential treatment to the fairer sex was removed... and they didn't treat the girls any differently either...

The result is that the calling categories no longer have best boy ... and best girl ... categories.

The Round Dancing scoring rules changed somewhat as well.
